1. if you want to opt for “green” energy (from renewable sources);
2. if you want a fixed price or capped tariff for a set duration;
3. if you want to deal with your bills online only, or if you want paper bills; and
4. how you want to pay (monthly or quarterly, Direct Debit or cheque).
